Please read this privacy notice ("Privacy Policy") carefully as it describes our collection, use, disclosure, retention and protection of your personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to any website, application or service which references this Privacy Policy. Where you provide us with or we collect your personal information in any of the ways described below, you agree that we may collect, store and use it: (a) in order to perform our contractual obligations to you; (b) based on our legitimate interests for processing (i.e. for internal administrative purposes, data analytics and benchmarking, direct marketing, maintaining automated back-up systems or for the detection or prevention of crime); or (c) based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time, as described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy may be relevant to you even if you are not a customer of ours, and have never used a website, application or service of ours. We may have your personal information because we have received it from a user of a website, application or service of ours.

How we collect information

To the extent permissible under applicable law, we collect information about you and any other party whose details you provide to us when you:

• use our applications, which may include the collection of metadata;
• complete online forms (including call back requests), take part in surveys, post on our message boards, post any blogs, enter any competitions or prize draws, download information such as white papers or other publications or participate in any other interactive areas that appear on our website or within our application or service;
• interact with us using social media;
• interact with us through our chatbots;
• provide your contact details to us when registering to use or accessing any websites, applications or services we make available or when you update those details;
• contact us offline, for example by telephone, fax, SMS, email or post.

How long we keep your information

We retain your personal information only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. In practice, this generally means:

• If your application to the Creator Network is not progressed or you are not matched with a campaign, we retain your information for up to 24 months from your last submission or contact with us, so that we can consider you for future opportunities without asking you to re-apply. You may ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
• If you are matched with a campaign or brand, we retain the information needed to administer that collaboration for as long as necessary to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations (for example, financial and tax record-keeping requirements), and in line with the retention periods required by applicable law.
• Where you have asked us to stop contacting you, we keep a minimal record of that request indefinitely so that we can honour it going forward.

Once information is no longer needed for these purposes, we securely delete or anonymise it.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights in relation to your personal information:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct or update information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions (for example, where we must keep records for tax or legal purposes).
• Restriction or objection — ask us to restrict, or object to, certain processing of your information.
• Portability — request that we provide your information in a portable, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent — where we rely on your consent to process your information (for example, direct marketing), you may withdraw that consent at any time.
• Opt out of marketing — you can ask us to stop sending you marketing or campaign-matching communications at any time, without affecting any other part of our relationship with you.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Creator Network application, website and related services (the "Service") operated by Black Lantern Marketing ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting an application or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to apply to or participate in the Creator Network. By applying, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this age requirement.

2. Nature of the Creator Network

The Creator Network is a free application process that allows creators to be considered for potential paid brand collaborations. Submitting an application does not guarantee any campaign placement, payment, or ongoing relationship with Black Lantern Marketing or any brand. We will only contact you when a specific opportunity may be a match for your profile.

3. No Exclusivity

Joining the Creator Network does not create an exclusive relationship. You are free to work with other agencies, brands, or networks at any time, and nothing in these Terms restricts your ability to do so.

4. Campaign Participation

Participation in any individual campaign is always optional. If we reach out about a specific opportunity, you may accept or decline at your sole discretion. Certain campaigns may involve age-restricted or mature brands (including but not limited to iGaming, AI companion platforms, or entertainment services); you are never obligated to accept these and may indicate your preferences during the application process.

5. Compensation

Payment terms, amounts, and methods are determined on a per-campaign basis and will be communicated directly to you if and when a specific opportunity is offered. Black Lantern Marketing is not responsible for compensation related to campaigns you have not been confirmed for.

6. Your Content & Conduct

If you participate in a campaign, you agree to create content that is authentic, complies with applicable advertising disclosure laws (such as clearly labelling sponsored content), and does not infringe the rights of any third party. You remain responsible for your own content and its compliance with the platforms on which you publish it.

7. Data & Privacy

Information you submit through the application form is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By applying, you consent to us storing and processing your information for the purpose of reviewing your application and contacting you about relevant opportunities.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to remove any creator from consideration in the Creator Network at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to providing inaccurate information or violating these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
